MOUTH IS BIGGER THAN FACE

Teng Hock Nan's mouth is bigger than his face.
He has often taken the route of showing to everyone what a terribly frustrated politician he is - a desperate wannabe who had his dreams of being the Chief Minister of Penang dashed in 2008.
And before he continues his ongoing criticism over the US$3 billion investment deal that the Penang state government turned down, he should move his precious butt and visit the operating sites of some of our much herald GLCs and local manufacturing companies.
He will find that many of our locals who have graduated as engineers are not engineers per se but just "engine-near" - who do not have the ability to think on their feet nor able to string 2 sentences in English without lapsing into their mother tongue.
The Penang state government and Gerakan continued bickering over the decision to turn down a US$3bil (RM10.1bil) investment deal because the state government could not guarantee 1,000 electric and electronic (E&E) engineers required by the company.
In a statement yesterday, Penang Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng’s special investment officer Jeffrey Chew lashed out at Gerakan for using hit-and-run tactics and practising a “promise first hope later” attitude.
Chew said this in response to criticism from Penang Gerakan chief Datuk Dr Teng Hock Nan who said the state could not afford to turn away investors.
Chew said the Malaysian Employers Federation, among other bodies, had detailed the shortage of E&E engineers in the country.
Dr Teng, he said, should tell the Federal Government to stop discriminating against Penang by refusing to treat it equally in terms of grants, taxes or airport charges.

WHAT DO THE APPLE POLISHERS OF SABAH SAY?

Oh wow! 1 in every 6 people in Sabah is a foreigner.
And Hishammuddin who controls Malaysia's intelligence network is only able to identify 10,070 illegal immigrants out of a total of 317,837.
A miserable 3.3%.
Talk to any Sabahans and they will be able to point out who in the streets of KK are illegals.
Their bating average would be much higher than 3.3% and nary a penny spent on "intelligence gathering"
One out of every six people in Sabah is a foreigner. Disclosing the latest statistics yesterday, Home Minister Datuk Seri Hishammuddin Tun Hussein said foreigners comprised 610,104 of Sabah’s 3.4 million population. He said the largest number comprised 317,837 undocumented migrant workers and their dependants while 230,000 more are working in the state legally.
.... Hishammuddin said a total of 5,643 illegal immigrants were detected in the first phase of Ops Bersepadu that focused in the state’s west coast and interior and 4,427 more were uncovered in the second phase in the east coast districts.

Sabahans and Sarawakians, kiss the ass of your Umno Run Federal Government (URFeG).
They have s
o benevolently declared that you can have a public holiday on the 16th of September to celebrate "Malaysia Day" when it is already a holiday in your states.
An analogy would be like your boss telling you "Slave, for all your blood, sweat and tears you have sacrificed to my company, I am recognizing your contribution and am giving you a big pay rise ... "Zilch".
THE date Sept 16 will officially be celebrated as Malaysia Day and will become a national public holiday starting from next year.
> The day is currently a holiday in Sabah and Sarawak as the official birthdays of ther respective Yang di-Pertua Negeris.

> On Sept 16, 1963, Sabah and Sarawak, together with Singapore, joined the Federation of Malaya to form Malaysia. Sarawak had earlier attained self government status on July 22, 1963, while Sabah and Singapore gained the status on Aug 31 the same year. > Before that, Sarawak was ruled by the “White Rajahs” of the Brooke dynasty while Sabah was the British colony of North Borneo. Singapore was also a British colony. > The Cobbold Commision was formed to get the views of the people of Sabah and Sarawak on the future of their territories and found that there was overwhelming support for joining Malaysia.

On the declaration of Malaysia Day, this is what one would expect Sabahans apple polishers of URFeG say.
  • Parti Bersatu Sabah (PBS) president Datuk Joseph Pairin Kitingan said Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak’s announcement had long been awaited by the people of Sabah and Sarawak. “The move to celebrate Malaysia Day would strengthen patriotism and a sense of unity among all Malaysians,”
  • PBS deputy president Datuk Dr Maximus Ongkili said the recognition of Malaysia Day as a public holiday was a tribute to Malaysians not just in Sabah and Sarawak but also throughout the country.
  • United Pasok Momogun Kadazandusun Murut Organisation (Upko) secretary-general Datuk Wilfred Tangau said Malaysia Day celebration would serve as the foundation of 1Malaysia.

OSMAN OR JAMALUDDIN?

To remain the illegal government of Perak, the Umno Run Federal Government (URFeG) needs the 3 state representatives who prostituted themselves in February 2009.
In the current assembly, PR and and URFeG each have 28 representatives.
URFeG cannot afford to have both Jamaluddin (N59 Behrang) and Osman (N14 Changkat Jering) found guilty of corruption as their 1 majority will
rest on the great whore of N31 Jelapang.
For the sake of public reaction only 1 will be found guilty.
Osman or Jamaluddin?
A businessman told a corruption trial that he did not force RM9,000 on a former Perak Tengah district councillor in exchange for help to get a project in Seri Iskandar. Mohamad Imran Abdullah, 34, whose testimony was based on a video recording shown in the Sessions Court here yesterday, said PKR politician Usaili Alias had not pushed away the money handed over to him on Aug 11, 2008. Mohamad Imran, who acted as the agent provocateur for the then Anti-Corruption Agency (ACA), said he had recorded the transaction at the Excelsior Hotel coffee house here with a pinhole camera given to him by officials from the agency.
Mohamad Imran was testifying against Usaili, 56, who with former PKR exco members Mohd Osman Mohd Jailu, 57, and Jamaluddin Mohd Radzi, 52, former Perak Tengah district councillor Zul Hassan, 45, and businessman Fairul Azrim Ismail, 31, face various corruption charges over the proposed multi-million ringgit development project.

Yawn!
Karamkan Gerakan scraps the bottom of the political-talent barrel and sends a child soldier with his toy gun.
A 19-year-old student has challenged Seri Delima assemblyman R.S.N. Rayer to a debate over the Kampung Buah Pala land issue.
Dalbinder Singh Gill, who is Kampung Buah Pala Residents Association activist representative and Gerakan life member, said the issue was not over.

OF 1UMNOSIA AND "KD KARAMKAN"

The real agenda of 1Malaysia is slowly unveiling.

It is 1Umnosia.

The Umno Run Federal Government (URFeG) with Bagan Pinang in their pocket is now flexing it's muscles.
It does not hesitate in calling for the resignation of the presidents of MCA and MIC.

In doing so, 1Umnosia insults MCA and MIC and by association scorns the community they represents - the 1Malaysians.
MCA and MIC leaders should, instead of fighting to position themselves to be the next grovelling president ought to cover their heads in shame. They should demand that URFeG mind it's own business and show respect to the community they purport to represent.

1Umnosia has been and is the 1Ring which rules over BN and binds them in darkness.

One Ring to rule them all,
One Ring to find them,
One Ring to bring them all
and in the darkness bind them.

The outcome of the MCA extraordinary general meeting should form the basis of a leadership solution for the party, said Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak.
The Prime Minister said decisions made by the MCA central committee team must reflect the outcome of the EGM, the highest decision-making authority within the party.
“I believe and trust that leaders of the party know what’s needed to restore stability and confidence in the leadership,” he told reporters after launching his book entitled Menakhoda Zaman (Helming the Times) at the Mid Valley Megamall here yesterday.

Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak said that he was willing to work with parties inside or outside Barisan Nasional or even non-governmental organisations that believed in the Government’s policy.
Asked if Makkal Sakti would be invited into Barisan, he said it was up to Barisan Supreme Council.
Najib said that he agreed to launch the party because he was the PM for all races in the country.
“I also see that the Makkal Sakti has many similarities with the concept of 1Malaysia - that the people come first,” he said.

And in meantime the spineless president of Gerakan in spite of it's earlier party in-fighting gets a smile from the purveyor of 1Umnosia.
Boot licking by KTK has been rewarded.
But again, this
is precisely what one can expect from a man who excels in the art of covering up his own ass-hole - the latest being Kampong Buah Pala

Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak has advised Barisan Nasional component parties in Penang to strengthen ties with one another to win back support from the people. Asked about tiffs between several of the state’s Barisan component parties over rumoured dissatisfaction on Gerakan president Tan Sri Dr Koh Tsu Koon’s leadership in Penang Barisan, Najib said the matter was an internal one. “What is important is Barisan must work together as one party and one family,” he said.

Teng Chang Yeow has the thumbs up from the patrons of my warong kopi for annunciating the known truth - Gerakan is irrelevant to URFeG.
Gerakan's political ship has been on fire since March 8th 2008 and like KD Sri Inderapura is not worth salvaging.
He should not remain on KD Karamkan when his spineless captain has long since jumped to a more plush boat - KD KPI berthing in Putra Jaya.

It is no shame to move to DAP or even PKR if he is intent in serving the people of Penang.

Gerakan secretary-general Teng Chang Yeow said that the support shown by Barisan’s top leadership for the newly-formed Malaysia Makkal Sakti Party showed that the coalition did not have enough confidence in MIC, PPP and Gerakan.
“It looks like the role of these three parties and our influence with the Indian community is so negligible that they have to turn to another party to get that support,” he said when contacted Saturday.

RACISM AND RELIGIOUS INTOLERANCE HAVE BECOME MAINSTREAM.

Hishammuddin says that the "cow head" protest crosses political boundaries.
It is true.
52 years of "my religion-your religion" and "my race-your race" propaganda-play by the Umno Run Federal Government (URFeG) have borne fruits.

The fruits are bitter.

Today racism and religious intolerance have become the mainstream and Hishammudin is in that mainstream.
The “cow head” protest against a temple relocation proposal in Shah Alam has surpassed political considerations because it involved members of the Opposition as well as Barisan Nasional, said Home Minister Datuk Seri Hishammuddin Tun Hussein. He said the Home Ministry knew the numbers of PKR, PAS and BN members involved in the protest and would divulge the information when the time was right.
“The protest has surpassed political considerations. It is a localised issue,” he told reporters after presenting aid to Kampung Melayu Niyor residents here yesterday.

THE SHIT STIRER BECOMES THE HERO.

Malaysians have come to an end game.
Our thin veneer of religious and racial tolerance have ruptured.
The concept of "give and take" as espoused by the UMNO run Federal Government (URFeG) has always been that of other parties giving and only one taking.
This has become the norm.
The emperor crowned as "religious and racial tolerance" wears no clothes and is toothless.
The town hall meeting called today by Selangor Mentri Besar Tan Sri Khalid Ibrahim to hold dialogue over the recent cow-head protest controversy descended into chaos, with around 300 residents from Section 23 jeering and mocking the meeting. Proceedings barely got off the ground before the protesters started shouting and booing at Khalid, along with Khalid Samad (MP for Shah Alam), and Shah Alam mayor Mazalan Md Noor.
Despite calls for calm, the ruckus continued with the upset residents yelling “Penipu!” (liar!) and “Bodoh!” (stupid!) each time Khalid attempted to address them. Tempers frayed at one point, with rowdy protesters standing on their chairs while shouting.

UrFeG must be seen to take immediate act
ion against it's ministers, their members and the public who condone racial supremacy under the guise of religiosity.
Slam them with the penal code.
But URFeG will not.

URFeG will wait till the witching hour of midnight when the clock starts to chime.
When the nation blinks.
When we have descended into semi chaos and fear reigns.
Only will they act with an iron fist for they will be seen as the savior of the nation.
The shit stirrer who stirs racial and religious sentiments becomes the hero.
Many will welcome, indeed embrace and thank URFeG in this final hour.

ISA will live and rise at the expense of the bit political players, their pawns and PR.

Klang MP Charles Santiago, Kuala Selangor MP Dr Dzulkifli Ahmad, Kota Raja MP Dr Siti Mariam, Selangor executive councillor Dr Xavier Jeyakumar, Selangor PKR Youth chief Khairul Anuar Ahmad Zainuddin and a group of PR supporters arrived at the Petaling Jaya district police headquarters where they lodged two police reports.
"We are shocked by the Home Minister's statement. Despite the ongoing police investigations, he had gone to the extend of meeting the suspected offenders and announced that the culprits had no intention to do what what they did," Jeyakumar told reporters outside the police headquarters.
"He is the minister in charge of the police force and has exonerated the offenders. He also has used his powers to influence the course of the probe and the final action to be taken against the offenders," he said.
Meanwhile, Siti Mariam said Hishamuddin had abused his powers and the Malaysian Anti Corruption Agency should investigate him.
"He should watch the video footage of the protest. It is clear what the protestors did was hurtful and insulting to the Hindu community. What they did is also insulting to Muslims as such behaviour is definately not the Islamic way. Islam teaches its followers to respect other religions." she said.

NOT IN NEGERI SEMBILAN, MALACCA, JOHORE OR IN PAHANG.

PAS has retained Permatang Pasir.
This comes as a no surprise and is a no brainer.
When DAP sounded it‘s clarion to canvass support from the all-important non- Muslims votes, they rallied around.

It is DAP and PR that they have voted for and not PAS.
This would be the same in Perak and perhaps in Selangor.

If Permatang Paisir had been somewhere out there in Negeri Sembilan, Malacca, Johore or in Pahang and should the voter's ethnic composition remains more or less the same, PAS can kiss the/any victory goodbye.
Even DAP with LGE would find it hard to get the pivotal votes of the non-Muslim - Not when there are Islamist donkeys like Hassan Ali and Nasrudin Hassan running around - terrorizing their moderate co religionist and at the same time brazenly flaunting their intolerance to the other 48% of the population of Malaysia.

The Umno run Federal Government has 2 "more than willing" overt allies inside the PAS and PR power structure.

Pas state commissioner and state executive councillor Datuk Dr Hasan Ali is "digging his own grave in politics" following his recent announcement empowering mosque officials to detain Muslims who drink alcohol in the state.
State speaker and DAP assemblyman for Sungai Pinang Teng Chang Khim said people would view Hasan's move as a "fundamentalist" policy.

"I don't want to interfere in Muslim affairs but Hasan seems to think that he speaks for all Muslims," he said when asked to comment on Hasan's announcement on Monday.
Karyawan president Freddie Fernandez has out at the PAS Youth which wants a ban on the Michael Learns to Rock (MLTR) concert in Genting Highlands in September.
He disputed the movement’s reason — that the concert was taking place during Ramadan.
PAS Youth chief Nasrudin Hassan Tantawi had issued a statement condemning the concert, calling it “an insult to all Muslims in the country during Ramadan”, adding they might demonstrate to get the concert stopped.
“PAS tries to get concerts banned any time of the year. For them, every concert is bad,” said Fernandez

IF I WERE NAJIB .....

You have to give credit where credit is due.
The Umno Run Federal Government (URFeG) has been on the smile offensive and they have been doing pretty well
in placating the rakyat.

And when all seem well and good for Najib and URFeG
2 donkeys brayed

one who raised the kris and the dog cop who"carried" the 1998 bed
telling all that it is right to

kick
bash
tear gas
smash
slam

mere
peaceful
protesters who walked to make clear their stand.

Disproportionate aggressive response

may be nothing new to the
jaded folks of the Malayan Peninsula.

But our brethren from the island of Borneo

with 56 parliamentary seats
will respond.
because
our country is govern not by civility but
by desperate
arrogant

closeted fascists.

If I were the "visionary" Najib of the 100 days,
I would cast out
the donkeys
who from their isolated ivory tower
showed to all Malaysians
power to crush comes from
guns
goons

Will the Najib of the 100 days
rises to the occasion ?
or will he continue to be a
blind "visionary"
who sits and stares?

THE COMING STORM.

Umno Run Federal Government (URFeG) is revitalized.
The political ground had shifted - even before the Penanti by election.
Manik Urai is not the apex of the tipping point, the point has tipped.
Talking heads say that the shift of votes from PR to URFeG in Manik Urai is due to URFeG promise of material development. Do not be misled.
It is infighting within PR and within the individual parties that have disillusioned many VOTERS.
A growing minority of the electorate is now weighing their decisions of March 2008.
Anwar must come to fore and rein in the many loose canons that are running wild in PR.
If he fails the victor in the next by election will not be PR unless it is held in Penang or Perak.
PAS retained the Manik Urai state seat after its candidate Mohd Fauzi Abdullah defeated Barisan Nasional's (BN) Tuan Aziz Tuan Mat by a narrow margin of 65 votes.
Mohd Fauzi, 50, polled 5,348 votes while Tuan Aziz, 39, obtained 5,283 votes.
The margin is a far cry from the party's 1,352-vote majority it obtained in the 2008 general election.

Selangor executive council (exco) member Ronnie Liu has challenged Wangsa Maju MP Wee Choo Keong to name the exco member who allegedly has links with the underworld.
Bukit Antarabangsa assemblyman Azmin Ali, who had called for some state exco members to be replaced, has gone a step further – he has justified his action by saying that he had the support of his party colleagues and the business community.
“It is my duty to voice my opinion,” he told reporters after the state assembly meeting here yesterday.

Former PKR Seberang Prai municipal (MPSP) councillor Johari Kassim has publicly apologised to Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng for his outbursts and over his role in boycotting the swearing-in ceremony of the new council president.

The DAP's sole representative in Kedah, Lee Guan Aik, on Friday declared himself as an "independent and non-aligned" state assemblyman and no longer a government supporter.
The Kota Darul Aman assemblyman said he would also not support the Barisan Nasional (BN) although he was no longer a state government supporter.

30 YEARS OF YEARNING.

What a wonderful way to close a lost 3 decades.
In a much earlier era, my late father was similarly separated from his Taiwanese father, a Japanese university graduate.
His father spent many years teaching in different Chinese Association "night schools" moving from Singapore to Kedah in the then Malaya and had to depart in a great hurry to his homeland just prior to the outbreak of the 2nd World War.
He left everyone, his Peranakan wife, his family and everything behind.
It must have broken his heart.
My uncle did visit Taiwan a few times in search of their secretive father but details of him were just too sparse.
Yak Eng Wai's grandchildren will now have their grandfather back.

So it is really nice to hear of a happy ending after 30 years of yearning.

Businessman Yak Eng Wai, who finally found his frst wife and son after more than three decades, is planning a reunion in Brunei.
The 62-year-old Singaporean, who runs a successful auto service and parts centre in the tiny oil kingdom, said he hoped the family would be able to reunite away from the public eye.
“We want it to be a private affair away from the media spotlight.

THAT IS WHERE THE INNER ROT BEGAN.

These are the days of many instant political geniuses. They now demand their pound of political flesh for they have deemed themselves to be the movers and shakers of the 12th election in 2008.
While these opportunistic low lifes have the right to speak out loudly, the executive branch of each Pakatan Rakyat state must not kow-tow to them.
PR must never be beholden to greedy warlords and misled-napoleons. That is where the great inner rot began for the Umno run federal government.

Hindraf plans protests outside DAP offices in six states at 4pm over the High Chaparral issue. Ten Hindraf representatives met Penang Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng to hand over the memorandum on problems faced by villagers in Kampung Buah Pala.
Hindraf leader P. Waythamoorthy’s seven-year-old daughter was also with them. Lim said that the Penang Pakatan Rakyat government had never approved the demolition of Kampung Buah Pala. He said any action taken was done by the private developer via a court order.

The Penang state executive council has sacked municipal councillor Johari Kassim, the controversial Seberang Prai Municipal Council (MPSP) whip who led a boycott of the swearing-in ceremony of council president Mokhtar Mohd Jait. State Local Government and Traffic Management Committee chairman Chow Kon Yeow said the state executive council unanimously agreed to revoke his appointment under Section 10 (4) of the Local Government Act 1976 during its weekly meeting last Friday.

SMOOTH CRIMINAL..

This dance the Ardha is performed by the Bedouin tribes of the Arabian peninsula.
A little tweaking of the music by a person who goes by the name GalagBasha has turn this traditional dance into a fully choreograph Michael Jackson jig.

Compare this traditional beat.

And talking about smooth criminals.
Najib is alleged to have raised the keris and also
alleged to have declared "Bathe the keris with Chinese blood" in 1987.
Today he calls for unity and equality with his 1Malaysia.
Karpal alleged that Najib, during a rally in the run-up to the 1987 Operasi Lallang, had waved a keris in challenge to the Chinese community.
“If it was true, are you prepared to ask for forgiveness from the Chinese community?” Karpal demanded.
The allegation did nothing to dampen Najib’s mood.
“The incident did not take place. I have never said that. The one who should apologise is the YB concerned, not me,” he said.

DEMEANING EDUCATION TONGKAT.

The number of A’s that an examination candidate gets should not be the determinant in the awarding of any scholarship.
In Malaysia, it is common knowledge that pre released examination results do go through a “racial tailoring” exercise where even the less academically incline students morph from mediocrity to status of academic starlets and the more academically brilliant, super stars.
Such affirmative action may have been politically and morally correct in the early 1980’s.
But to continue to indulge in this unofficial dumbing-down of results after 30 years is plain cheating - sanctioned by the state.
There can be no more opportune time than now to throw away this demeaning “education tongkat”.

From next year, students sitting for the SPM examinations will only be allowed to sit for a maximum of 10 subjects.
The grading system for the examination will also be improved to better reflect the academic achievements of the students.
Education Minister Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin said the ministry decided to do away with the open certificate system, which allows students to sit for as many subjects, as the majority only took 10 subjects or fewer.
“Records show that some 90% of students sitting for the SPM exam take 10 or fewer subjects,” the Deputy Prime Minister told reporters yesterday after laying the foundation stone for the new RM1.3bil Education Com-plex at Bandar Enstek near here.
“We want to streamline this as it will also be an easier way to determine the awarding of scholarships.”

"THE DIRECT AND INDIRECT METHOD OF ............."

Everybody says this.
Many senior ranking police have sold their freedom of conscience.
And because of their blatant sell out, the people will witness the continuation of this 1st wave of tactical aggressive arrest AND the relatively quick release of detainees.
The 2nd wave may be very much different.

Nineteen people, including an MP and seven Perak assemblyman, were arrested over a planned hunger strike they organised in Wisma DAP near Jalan Istana here.
The seven assemblymen are former state assembly speaker V.Sivakumar (Tronoh) , Leong Mee Meng (Jalong), Chan Ming Kai, (Simpang Pulai) Thomas Su (Pasir Pinji), Keshvinder Singh (Malim Nawar), Lim Pek Har (Menglembu), Chang Leh Kang (Teja) and Ipoh Barat MP M. Kulasegaran.
The remaining 12 people arrested are DAP workers and staff members of an events management company hired to organise the event which was a call for the dissolution of the state assemby.

And whilst the popularity index of the police plunges, that same index for the Umno Run Federal Government (URFeG) moves up. URFeG soft selling of Najib to the populace has borne fruits. He is portrayed by their spin masters as the PM who empathizes with the common people as he oils his speech with ..... “I want to be the people’s Prime Minister. I am with the people and I will always be with them”
Each day, a little bit more Malaysians are convinced that he is Malaysia's hope .

Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak has voiced his preference to forgo formalities and instead be on the ground to understand the reality and needs of the people. “I want to be the people’s Prime Minister. I am with the people and I will always be with them.

In chapter 5 of “The Art of War” Sun Tzu wrote,
In all fighting, the direct method may be used for joining battle, but indirect methods will be needed in order to secure victory.
The “oneness” that once binds Pakatan Rakyat with the people is slowly being pried open by the this two pronged "pincer" attack.
The by-election in N12 Penanti will bear witness to that.

JUST LIKE A WOMAN.

A woman and a man are involved in a car accident on a snowy, cold morning; it's a bad one.
Both cars are totally demolished but amazingly neither of them is hurt.

God works in mysterious ways.

After they crawl out of their cars, the man is yelling.... about women drivers.

The woman says, 'So you're a man. That's interesting. I'm a woman. Wow, just look at our cars! There's nothing left, but we're unhurt. This must be a sign from God that we should meet and be friends and live together in peace for the rest of our days'.

Flattered, the man replies, 'Oh yes, I agree with you completely; this must be a sign from God! But you're still at fault ... women shouldn't be allowed to drive.

The woman continues, 'And look at this, here's another miracle. My car is completely demolished but this bottle of wine didn't break. Surely God wants us to drink this wine and celebrate our good fortune.'

Then she hands the bottle to the man. The man nods his head in agreement, opens it and drinks half the bottle and then hands it back to the woman. The woman takes the bottle and immediately puts the cap back on, and hands it back to the man.

The man asks, 'Aren't you having any?'

The woman replies, 'No, I think I'll just wait for the police....'

NO ONE TO BLAME?

A host of contagious viral diseases now race through this land, the latest being the confirmation of a second case of H1N1.
Whilst H1N1 has been bought into this country by well heeled travelers, many of the "re-introduced" diseases and pathogens might just have a connection with the numerous medically unscreened illegal foreign workers (IFW) who now move freely in this country and may be committing a sort of "biological crime".
Since H1N1 spreads from an infected person to another person, the question that begs to be answered is - What if this new virus (for which most people have no immunity to it) leaps into the closely knitted community of IFW? They have few resources to obtain medical attention and it would take only a short while for H1N1 to spread within their community and from then on moving without - to the public.
The Umno Run Federal Government (URFeG) must prevent this "biological crime" from taking place. They have to keep a close watch on the community of IFW failing which, every other measures that they have taken to prevent the spread of H1N1 would be just a sham.

The Chikungunya viral disease detected in the Pokok Sena and Pendang districts of Kedah has spread to two more districts -- Kota Setar and Padang Terap, according to Kedah Director of Health Datuk Dr Hasnah Ismail.
She said the health department had detected two cases in Kampung Baru in the Kota Setar district and several cases in Kampung Baru Naka, Kampung Padang Kerasak, Kampung Tong Plu, Kampung Banggol Pong, Kampung Padang Setol and Kampung Malau in the Padang Terap district.

Twenty-six detainees from the Juru detention camp for illegal immigrants have been admitted to two hospitals here following an outbreak of leptospirosis at the camp.
A 21-year-old detainee from Myanmar died on Tuesday of the bacterial disease after being admitted to the Bukit Mertajam Hospital.
Ten of the 42 patients being treated in the isolation ward at the Malacca Hospital for suspected meningitis have returned home, Health director-general Tan Sri Dr Ismail Merican said.
He said in a press statement yesterday that there had not been any new cases from those infected with the disease.
He added that residents and schoolchildren in the area surrounding the academy should not worry about the disease spreading as it was only transmitted through contact with nasal fluids.

Twenty-nine trainees from the Police Training Centre (Pulapah) in Air Hitam, near here, have been placed under observation at the Jempol Hospital after a colleague died from acute pericarditis, which is inflammation of the sac surrounding the heart. The inflammation is usually caused by a viral infection.
The trainee died on Thursday.
Patients and visitors to the hospital panicked when they saw hospital staff members handling the body wearing face masks and gloves.
To allay their fears, hospital director Dr Jaafar Che Mat said the use of face masks and gloves was a normal procedure to prevent the spread of any contagious disease.

ENQUIRE FROM THE PEOPLE IN THE STREETS.

And Zambry Abdul Kadir, the illegitimate offspring of Jamaluddin, Osman and Hew takes the pole position in the Perak Legislative Assembly.
Today is Black Thursday.
It is the day when illegality and corruption triumph over each Perakian will.
It is the day when the snatch thieves of the Umno Run Federal Government (URFeG) inverts right to be wrong and wrong to be right.
It is the day where political and judicial conspiracy with brute force overcome good with evil. Yet this flight from natural justice in Perak will not stand the test of time not in Perak not in Malaysia.
URFeG has today exchanged a short term taste of victory for a long term decline into mortal moral and political death and has pawned the dreams of 1Malaysia to 1BlackMalaysia ----- Just enquire from the people in the streets.

Police enter the Dewan again, with Pakatan reps shouting that they have no right to invade the Assembly. In the midst of all the ruckus, V. Sivakumar is forcibly removed from the Speaker’s chair and Datuk R. Ganesan declares that the Assembly is adjourned. None of the Pakatan reps heed his call. There are several policemen in the hall now. They lift and remove the Speaker’s chair from the hall. Ousted mentri besar Mohammad Nizar Jamaluddin is heard raising his voice for the first time in today’s proceedings.

A PRAGMATIC STEP FORWARD.

Star-Forming Region in the Carina Nebula.

In my Father's house are many rooms. If it were not so, would I have told you that I go to prepare a place for you?

A pragmatic step forward in regaining both justice and trust for non Muslims and right thinking moderate Muslims.
This move will surely mean more votes in the poll boxes of the Umno Run Federal Government.
Let justice be shown for Indra Ghandhi and her 3 children and may that invertebrate-coward of her ex husband be castigated.

The Cabinet has decided that children be raised in the “common religion at the time of marriage” should one of their parents convert. Minister in the Prime Minister’s Department Datuk Seri Nazri Abd Aziz said a spouse who had converted into Islam would also have to fulfil his or her marriage responsibilities and sort out issues according to civil marriage laws. “Religion should not be used as a tool to escape marriage responsibilities. Conversion is not grounds for automatic dissolution of a marriage,” he told a press conference at Parliament House yesterday.Nazri said the principles would apply to any disputes resulting from conversion, not necessarily just for conversions to Islam.

"GOOD GRIEF"!.

1st meeting for Najib and perhaps this is but a harbinger of things to come ..... an unexpected ending.
"An unexpected ending" - that was the description by Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak over the postponement of the 14th Asean summit and related summits when he walked into the press conference with the Malaysian media here Saturday.
When asked how his day had been, he said: "It has been a frustrating day. I was absolutely prepared to meet them (the other leaders at the summits), I was looking forward to meeting them.
"Unfortunately, that couldn't take place. We were unsure what was going to happen next, so I was in a state of flux," he said.
During his watch, he lost Penang to PR and now he is task to watch and re-direct the performances of each Cabinet Minister in the UMNO run Federal Government. Good Grief !
Tan Sri Dr Koh Tsu Koon has defended his appointment as Minister in the Prime Minister’s Department, saying that it was not done through the “back door.”
Dr Koh has been put in charge of unity and monitoring the performance of ministers.
On being teased that his new role was akin to being a school prefect, Dr Koh said each minister would be a prefect, adding that such a role was acceptable as long as he was fair, firm and friendly.
On his task of monitoring ministers, Dr Koh said he had spoken to six ministers yesterday morning and hoped to do so with the rest by early next week.

"THERE WILL BE PEACE IN THE MIDDLE EAST"

"There will be peace in the Middle East when the Arabs love their children more than they hate Israel."
"We can forgive you for killing our sons. But we will never forgive you for
making us kill yours."
