BY JOVE ...... IT IS KOH TSU KOON!

Sometimes a covert right winger like Muhyiddin Yassin can even tell the truth.
The inter faith committee certainly does not have any powers.

Look at its chairman, and by jove ... it is Koh Tsu Koon!

The refugee from Penang.

And pray tell me what power does KTK has when he cannot even zip up his pants if permission is not granted to him by UMNO?

So rest assured Ibrahim Ali, the inter faith committee will just be another "satu lagi projek dari BN".
They will sit around the table drinking beer and tea while issuing obligatory statements on religious harmony.
Incidentally Pig , er I mean Ib, you are able to put more fear in Muhyddin in a single day compared to what KTK can do in 10 years.

But mind you, the influence that you have today will wane even before the 13th GE.

You will be just be another whimpering ultra right wing pig who ends up with his testicles well marinated and served as supper by your UMNO buddies within Perkasa.

The newly set up inter-faith committee is not a decision-making body that decides on religious issues and conflicts.

Deputy Prime Minister Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin said the committee did not have the power to decide on religious disputes and would not affect the status and position of Islam.

“It is not a council or commission as proposed by certain quarters in the past,” he told reporters after giving out launching grants for private pre-schools here yesterday.

“It has an administrative role and comes under the Prime Minister’s Department. It’s just a small committee. That is why Datuk Illani Isahak was chosen to head the committee. She has experience. Thus, we gave her a chance.”

Muhyiddin said this when asked to comment on concerns raised by the Malay right wing group, Perkasa. Its president Datuk Ibrahim Ali, had claimed that the committee might influence the government on religious matters, and said that Illani was not a good choice to head the body.
